2003

This work springs from an overlap of the plans of three non-commercial, state-owned contemporary art galleries in Santiago. These galleries were not built to keep artworks but were adapted to perform this function. At the Gabriela Mistral Art Gallery, which belongs to the Education Department of Chile, two parts of the other two galleries were installed on a 1:1 scale, emphasizing how these places were adapted to hold art.
